The equipment is designed to study the specific constructional features and performance characteristics of a high capacity refrigeration system. The equipment incorporates an insulated cold storage chamber along with an air circulation fan inside the chamber.

Various capacities of system can be supplied. The trainer can be supplied with an open type, semi-hermetic or hermetically sealed compressor, depending on the requirement of the user.

Optionally, it is possible to attach a fault trainer to this to study troubleshooting aspects. The trainer is complete with temperature indicator, pressure gauges etc.
