PLC Based Dc Motor Speed Control Trainer

Description

NiYo Engineers’ Motor Speed Control Trainer helps teach and familiarize trainees with a real-life application of PID Controller.

An AC or DC motor is controlled using feedback control principle. Speed of the motor is sensed and corresponding signal is fed to the PID controller. Output of PID controller is given to the final control element that controls the speed of the motor.

The trainer can be interfaced with any standard PID having or PLC and HMI.

PLC Based Bottle Filling Plant Trainer

Description

NiYo Engineers’ Advanced Based Bottle Filling Plant Trainer with PLC control helps teach and familiarize students with real-life PLC application in packaging industry.

A linear conveyor transports the bottle to the nozzle. Once the required quantity of the fluid is filled in the bottle, it is transported ahead by the conveyor. The bottles are filled by volume or by weight. Entire operation is controlled by PLC and is electro-pneumatic in nature.

The trainer can be interfaced with any standard PLC and HMI. SCADA programming is also available.
