Description
NiYo Engineers’ Boiler Simulator Control/Panel is an excellent training aid to help understand generic boiler firing sequence. A large size mimic helps understand the system better. Sequencing can be for Master-Slave Boiler or a Single Boiler system.
For easy understanding the entire sequence can be simulated in Manual also. Demand is simulated for real-life experience. Alarm annunciation and Air Fuel Ratio display is provided.
For better understanding, instructor can introduce predefined faults in the system. Trainees then go through logical process of fault finding. Six different faults can be introduced.
Since the entire equipment is relay operated this can also be used for training electrical engineering concepts.
