In the training laboratory oil can be messy. Maintaining oil operated hydraulic training system is a big task and its operating costs are high. NiYo Engineers’ Water Hydraulic Training System solves this problem at the same time maintains all the training neds of oil hydraulics. This is an Oil Hydraulic Training System that operates on tap water – NOT Oil. The training system is exactly the same as any typical Oil Operated Hydraulic Training System.
All the hydraulic components used are capable of operating up to 160 bar pressure. However, for training purposes the operating pressure of the trainer is 30 bar.
The trainer kit consists of work surface, components, electrical and electronic control panel, powerpack, accessories and storage area. It demonstrates the construction and working of basic components and helps the trainees in the designing and building of hydraulic circuits.
User has option of selecting any one of the different work surfaces,
Model P has an advantage of cost. Model S is modular and can be easily upgraded to accommodate future changes in the training requirements.
