Mechatronics Composite Trainer

Description

NiYo Engineers’ Mechatronics Composite Trainer helps familiarize trainees with various Mechatronics topics. An advanced bottle filling application can be studied.

A linear conveyor transports the bottle to the nozzle. Once the required quantity of the fluid is filled in the bottle, it is transported ahead by the conveyor. The bottles are filled by volume or by weight. Entire operation is controlled by PLC and is electro-pneumatic in nature.

The trainer can be interfaced with any standard PLC and HMI. SCADA programming is also available.
