Training Kit for Brake System of a Vehicle
Description
NiYo Engineers’ Training Kit for Brake System of a Vehicle is a real-life brake system of a vehicle that is used for training technicians. All the components of a vehicle brake system are assembled on a frame. Student can apply the brake by pressing a pedal or a hand lever.
- Hydraulic Brake
- Air Brake (Pneumatic)
- Mechanical Brake
In case of Hydraulic Brake, a pressure measuring arrangement is provided at various points. When the brake is applied, one can see the brake shoe/calliper moving. The hub is rotated at a lower rpm using an electric motor; this enhances learning. The system is complete with electrical wiring, switches, brake drum/disc/vacuum generating device (if required), hoses, etc.
