Time constant of manometer

Description

The equipment is designed to study the characteristics of a U Tube manometer. It consists of a U Tube manometer, which is pressurized by air. Two different manometer liquid are supplied. This arrangement helps study response of different types of manometer fluids of different heights. An air pressure regulator is provided to change the pressure in the manometer.

All components are assembled on a frame to form a tabletop set-up. The system incorporates standard industrial components.

Time constant of thermocouples and Thermometer

Description

Time Constant of Temperature Sensor is an ideal equipment to study behaviour of sensors.

An electrically heated small heat source is supplied, its temperature is set and controlled by PID controller. There is a facility to mount temperature sensor on this. An ICE pot is also supplied. User can immerse sensor in this to measure low or zero-degree temperature. A digital Timer is supplied with the system for ease of noting observations/readings.
