NiYo Engineers’ Basic Mechanical Trainer Kit is one of the most comprehensive training kit to impart hands-on training on pulleys, bearings, chain-sprockets, etc. The setup includes a Base Unit and four separate modules.
The Base Unit consists of,
- Single-Phase 0.25 HP, 1440 RPM Motor
- Adjustable Motor Base
- Manual Motor Starter Switch with Lock-Out/Tag-Out
- Aluminium Structure with Acrylic Cover with safety interlocks

Pulley and Belt Drives Trainer Kit (Module) consists of Various types of V Belt, Flat Belt, End-less Belt, Variable Speed Belt, and Timing Belt, different types of pulleys suitable for the belts supplied, Variable Pulley Set, Pulley Idler, Taper Bush & Bolts, Shaft of different diameter, Pedestal Bearing. Various tools required for conducting hands-on training are supplied.

Bearing Trainer Kit
Bearing Trainer Kit consists of various types of bearings. Each bearing comes with its shaft and board mounting arrangement. Necessary basic tools needed for bearing mounting and removal are also supplied. For advanced practice, an advanced tool kit can also be supplied that incudes induction heater among other things.
